I made it through my first quarter of nursing school! It was tough, but after a couple weeks of high stress I realized that it wasn't going to be good for me or my family if I was under high stress all the time. So, I told the Lord I would do my very best--keeping my faith and my family first--and then studying my tail off after that. I would trust him with the rest. If I fail at school, so be it--but I do not want to fail my faith or family. I really feel the Lord has blessed me because I did well in my classes and still seem to be sane!
Here are some random pictures and I have a bunch more I will probably post when I get them uploaded.
My older boys in the archery class they took this summer.
Scout rank advancements...Yay!
Big Bro. turned 15! He is probably about a half inch taller than his dad now. Crazy! I made a homemade Boston cream pie for his cake. Messy, but delicious! We took him to Granite City for a Birthday dinner and he decided to order the biggest steak he could find on the menu! He was pretty excited about that.

I got to attend the first football game of the season with Big Sis. We had a great time!

The two older boys are working as vendors at the football games (along with their Dad). I finally got to see them at work!

So lucky! I'm still waiting to get to go to my first "live" Husker game.
