Summer time

The summer has sped by. I am cannot say I am sad about that (I will not tell you why on this blog though.......yes, a secret--now my blog has a mysterious feel to it that it's never had before, right? No? Oh, well)

As a family that educates their children at home (doesn't that sound better than "homeschool's"?) our summers are a little different. We still have a summer break, but only for a month or so. I have found it so much better not to take a huge break. A month off is a good break for us and then it's not so hard to begin again.


Michaela's standard--at home--attire for the summer: swimsuit or underwear. I have seriously not bought her clothes in so long--she hardly wears them!


The girl just cracks me up! This was her favorite outfit for two days (then I managed to hide the suit). Hee,hee
