Found my camera!

Yay! I found my camera! I have been a really bad blogger lately.  I blame it on the fact that my 7 kids and I are basically living in a 2 bedroom home (until our basement is finished).  I love my kids and all, but personal space is healthy too!  They are being great sports about it though!  

Anyhow, here are some pics I found on my camera...

Middle Sis has quite the personality. My only child who seems to have an affinity for beards and mustaches...She was so excited when one of her siblings brought this "fake mustache" home from church one day. Silly girl!

In other news...we finally had the electric wires in our backyard put underground! Now there is a nice mound running across our yard, but we will get to making that pretty later.

We haven't had much time to worry about the yard because the basement is our priority right now. Here are some "before" pictures:

Here are some pics after demo. One issue that has come up is the tile that we found under the carpet. It was glued to the concrete and then the carpet was glued onto that. It is taking forever to get up and we haven't come across a time saving way to remove it. Oh, well. I guess it could be worse!

Finally got some walls up....I can't wait til its done & my boys don't have to sleep in the living room anymore!
