Happy New Year!

We had a fun Christmas this year. We are very blessed to have such great family and friends.

We were totally surprised on Christmas Eve by a "Secret Santa". In the picture, Alex and Evan are holding huge stockings. Those were found on our porch along with some other gifts on Christmas Eve! Not only are the stockings huge--they were totally FULL of treats and toys! I can't tell you how fun it was to pull out treat after treat from those huge stockings!

Dana also took the three older children to Midnight Mass on Christmas Eve. He took them to the church downtown where he attended Midnight Mass years ago. Needless to say, there was not a lot of sleep had on Christmas Eve.

Speaking of not a lot of sleep....we spent New Year's Eve at my sister's place with most of my family (we missed you, Kelley!) Another late night, but lots of fun with my mom's Wii, some Karaoke, foosball, bunco, and lots of treats!

Sounds like lots of fun. My kids would be thrilled to get big stockings like that. So, I could imagine the excitement that your kids had. I remember going to a midnight mass when I was younger. My dad being a chaplain in the army, we went to support him. Afterwards my family and I played "Secret Santa". It was one of my most memorable Christmases.

Cute pictures! We have the exact same mic that Stephan is holding (it's actually one of the McD toys that has made it past one week in my house)!
