Finally! Pictures of the other graduate in the family! After a couple years of night classes twice a week, D got his Bachelors degree in Business Management! The outdoor ceremony was beautiful!
Here are some pics from some of our summer adventures. Sadly, I do not have pictures from Boy Scout camp or High Adventure. Nor do I have pictures from the two different EFY programs two of my children went to and LOVED! But, suffice it to say that most of my kids got to go places and have fun...at least for a little while.
I did get to take little bro. to cub scout day camp in June. Middle Sis. had to come with us, which she was not excited about. But they ended up letting her help out and she even got to do some BB shooting and archery!

I have also been trying like crazy to just get things done. One project I had to was to fix big brothers tied quilt I made him years ago. In the process, middle sis. decided she wanted to make a quilt. We'll get to that, but to begin, I got out a beautiful quilt top that a friend had given me years ago (because she didn't want it--which I find hard to imagine :)). Middle sis. helped me lay the quilt, batting, and backing out. Then helped pin it all together and tie it. I would have loved to machine quilt or even hand quilt it--but to save time and sanity, we decided to tie it and it still looks beautiful!
We also were blessed to have our cousins stay with us for a week! Crazy, you say? Well, maybe a little bit. But since it is crazy around here anyway, they fit right in!
Love, love, love getting to swim at our friend's wonderful pool!
I love this picture of the two little girls all tired out from a day of playing hard outside!
Glad to fit in a night a Shakespeare on the green!
Middle Brother started his first summer detasseling job! He has been a trooper getting up at 4:30am and working in hot/wet fields for several mornings!
We had fun meeting up with friends at homeschooling park days!
More fun at the pool....
(this pic is my attempt to catch little bro jumping off the diving board...so that splash....yeah, that's him)
I was more prepared when Middle Sis took her turn...
Baby Sis was so excited to show me that she could hold her nose and go under water!
Hung out at the Y pool a couple of times. Love the huge shallow area for young kids!
Once a week cub scouts and Youth activities still kept us busy each week. (And helped remind me that I am still the official taxi driver around here!)
LOVE being a full time mom and being able to just do the simple daily things with my kids!

Memories you will cherish later in life when the kiddies are all off on their own.
You are such an inspiration to me. Just thought you should know. :)
