My stars!

I had to make a quick craft before I started school this week. Each year my Mom, Sisters, and I exchange crafts. It can be any time during the year and for any holiday.

I was determined to get something done before I started school, so went on a mad search at the craft stores and web sites for ideas. The challenge was not just finding an idea--but an idea that would work with my tiny-little-crafting budget.

A while ago, one of my sisters sent me a link to a blog page w/ lots of cute things. Did I mention that I love tin stars? They had a picture of one decorated w/ Halloween paper (scroll down on that page to see it). I also love the Christmas one!

Anyhow, last weekend I happened to find these CUTE little tin stars at Michaels. So I bought two handfuls and the rest was crafting history. Alex actually helped me a ton when it came to putting them together. I love how they turned out! Thanks Alex!
