Nothing brightens a house like a one-year old! Aliyah is chattering a bunch more now, singing, dancing, and trying to mimic sounds and actions. Oh, and let's not forget opening cupboards and drawers and pulling everything out (I wonder what would life be like with a clean house??).She loves to laugh and smile and give kisses to her siblings. Last week at the babysitter's house, they dialed the weather forecast and gave the phone to Aliyah. Apparently, she chatted away with the recording. Yeah, I know, way cute (must get it from my side of the family)!
Oh, and thanks to Grandma, she got a pretty "birthday dress"--size 24 months! So, big! (I'm not sure who's side of the family that comes from!)

Wow is she really 1 now? Where does all the time go? I feel like we never see you guys anymore. And you live so close to us, and we even share the same church blg....what are the odds. Happy birthday to your sweet little Aliyah. =)
