By Popular Demand...

Well, actually one person asked for this recipe...but it is so easy and tasty, that I thought more of you might like it:

Microwave Carmel Corn

3 1/2 quarts. popped popcorn

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter

1/4 cup corn syrup

1/2 tsp. baking soda

-Put popped popcorn in large brown paper sack. (I don't measure, I just fill it until it is just at or below that crease where the bag folds). Oh, and it helps to remove unpopped kernels.

-Put brown sugar, butter, and corn syrup in microwave-safe bowl. Heat in microwave 3-4 minutes--stirring after each minute until it boils. Then, heat for 2 more minutes (without stirring).

-Remove from microwave and stir in the baking soda. Pour into bag--over the popcorn. Use large spoon or spatula and stir until well mixed (or fold the bag down and shake it).

-Fold down top of bag (if you haven't already) and put in microwave. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes. Take it out and shake it. Cook for 1 1/2 more minutes. Take it out and shake it. Open bag and pour into large pan or baking sheet and let cool.

Enjoy! (Try not to eat it all yourself!)
