I am amazed at how bad my memory or presence of mind can be at times! Yesterday, I think I topped my top 10 list of "personal-mind-losing moments".
I drove home and parked on the street in front of my house (a truck blocked the driveway--workers were there to cut down a tree...). Since a truck blocked the driveway, I parked in front of our mailbox. I got out of the van--walked up our driveway--picked up some trash and threw it in the trash can outside--Talked to the worker who told me they'd be in our backyard to cut down the tree--walked up the stairs of our porch--unlocked our front door--walked in the house.....STOPPED and wondered WHERE ARE THE CAR KEYS????
I ran back out to the van, it was locked and they were not in the ignition. Looked around on the pavement, dumped out our trash bin (thankfully it was not too full), checked my pockets.....no car keys!
Seriously, how bad is that?? I mean, what is my problem?? How do you lose car keys just walking from the car to the house?? Here I am a day later and still no car keys. Ugh! Thankfully I haven't lost the spare keys yet.....

I've lost my keys twice at Walmart- I dreaded having to call my husband to pick me up! At least you were at home- close to the spare set!
Hey -Happy Birthday!!!
Yeah I am the Queen of losing keys and debit cards. I place both of them down absent-mindedly everywhere and anywhere. I think I sent a record of getting a new debit card once every two weeks for months. It's got to be from having kids I tell ya, it kills brain cells. By the way I have been wanting to talk to you about homeschool stuff, what is you new number again? OH hope you had a great birthday? Anything fun that you go to do?
