Alex's Spa

Today, we had a Spa Party for Alex's birthday. (Yes, her b-day was in April. But this was the first time we could fit it into our schedule! So, you don't have to feel bad for her like you did when you saw my post about her birthday back in April and all she had was a little hostess cupcake with one candle!:-)

We decorated our unfinished basement as our "Spa". We draped everything we could with sheets/blankets/fabric, set out all our candles, and set out a bunch of "American Girl"magazines .

We did face masks, and "pedicures". To send home, we wrapped chocolate, a nail file, and a little nail polish in tulle and tied it with a cute pink ribbon.

The girls were all great and I think had a great time. I know I did! (oh, and Michaela had to do everything the big girls did which was SO cute!)
