A lot can happen in a week (or two). Here is a quick re-cap from the tons of pictures I recently unloaded from my camera.
The three oldest and I went on a field trip to the Governor's Mansion and State Capital. This torch represents the Nebraska Sports Council and was great entertainment while we waited for the tour to start.

A great way to admire the art work on the ceiling and chandeliers-
Lots of Snow and a super nice neighbor who used his snow blower to plow our whole driveway and front walk!

Apparently Middle Sis. is fascinated by crushing crackers on the floor. Any floor will do. Any cracker will do. When I told her she had to vacuum the mess she made, she looked up at me with a huge grin and asked, "I can do it?!". She was so excited, I don't think I made the point I was trying to make. (this is also Middle Sis's typical at-home-casual-style clothing)

Our first Pinewood Derby ever. Big Bro. made his into a submarine. Silver with blue water on the bottom.

On your mark.... get set.....GO!
Two words: The Flu. This was my living room for a full four days! Everyone got sick last week except me! The Lord truly blessed me. It was an ordeal, but I was so happy to be able to serve my family and not be the one sick!!!

How do you know when your toddler is recovered from the flu?? More cracker crumbs on the floor or--in this case--rubber stamps stuffed up her shirt. Middle Sis. is feeling better....look out!

Wow, all in one week! You are amazing!!! Really!
I love that you got a picture of the cracker crumbs on the floor. I think too often we just photograph the happy perfect little moments and the everyday things can get forgotten!
So glad everyone is feeling better!
What fun pictures!! Thanks for sharing! Isn't the life of a buzy mom great!
Way to take charge and handle the troops- its the only way to take care of a sick family! =0)
Pine wood Derby! We have ours at the end of this month. Carson wants to make it into a tank. We'll see what we come up with.
Glad you all are feeling better.
