We had a lot of fun swimming this summer! A friend of ours has been kind enough to let us and a bunch of others from our church use her pool every week! At first I didn't know if taking a two-year old AND a six month old swimming was going to work.
I dragged the excersaucer with me to the pool every week. The Little Bro. loved hanging out and watching all the other kids. And I was free to chase after the two-year old.
Oh, what a feeling!
You know you've been swimming too long when you have webbed fingers!
It also helped to put as many floaty things on Middle Sis. as possible. She learned to float around in the water with little help. Very nice for mom and toddler!

Man, I miss going to the pool. I'm glad it worked out for you to go and enjoy yourself.
Yeah, I never went because it would be torture on myself to try and keep track of Caleb and Eva. Eva's a daredevil and will jump in w/o floaties on and Caleb will cling to me so I can't do anything else but hold him and walk around in the shallow. Not fun.
Looks like you have a pretty good system.
